Yes in most cases we use genuine original parts, when this is not possible then we will use good quality third party parts from a reputable source.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO REPAIR MY ITEMS AND DO YOU CHARGE TO DIAGNOSE?

This depends on how quick the parts would become available and the complexity of the repair. Turn around times range from just a few hours for a simple software fix, upto an indeterminate time for complex jobs requiring rare and hard to find parts. But this would be during rare occasions. We always inform you every step of the repair process, so there are no surprises.

ARE YOU OFFERING REPAIRS AND CAN I DROP OFF MY COMPUTER DURING COVID-19?

With social distancing it is still possible to provide a drop off and collect service at the front door, however at this time I cannot accept walk in customers and face to face consultations are no longer possible due to Covid-19..


Telephone consultations and advice is always provided. And this service is unaffected at this time.
